Jay's introduction to real estate was as a young investor, naive and optimistic, he funnelled his savings in to various properties and ultimately lost it all by the age of 27.
With this experience and years working as a Finance Broker dealing with complicated scenarios, he was driven to rebuild and took a chance to enter an industry he always loved.
Starting at the bottom, his first sale was a $145,000 apartment, and as years progressed he has utilised his experiences, creativity and networks to deal with unique, once-off specialty sales and ultimately be recognised by the industry (REIWA) for results in both Value Sold and Auctions and most recently awarded 'Marketer of the Year' at the 2023 REIWA Award for Excellence.
In his personal time, Jay's first priority is to spend time with his partner, Emilee and loyal Labradoodle, Honey. Jay is a self-confessed classic car addict, but enjoys travel and local history as well.
