From grand estates designed for indulgence to bargains brimming with potential, we’ve found Perth’s five most expensive and five most affordable property sales of 2024.
At the top end, Mosman Park led the way with three out of the five most expensive sales located in the prestigious riverside suburb.
These homes were the pinnacle of luxury, with generous layouts, high-quality finishes and sweeping views over the Swan River.
For the savvy buyer, there were bargains to be had in 2024, particularly in Perth’s older, outer suburbs. However, many required some significant TLC and were billed at renovator’s delights.
However, for buyers prepared to invest in major renovations or redevelopment, these properties may have provided either an affordable entry into the market or potential investment opportunity.
