Inside Perth’s hottest new apartments

One of Perth’s most exclusive addresses, nestled inside the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Perth building, was officially opened in 2019. It has 379 apartments, and a roof-top pool with a view that has to be seen to be believed. While most city apartments boast views of our incredible Swan River, the view from The Towers really takes the cake.

Perth Hub

Due for completion later this year, Perth Hub on 600 Wellington Street will bring contemporary living to the doorstep of the incredible RAC Arena. So for residents there will be absolutely no shortage of entertainment. The apartments themselves promise to be sleek, stylish and functional. Garden Towers East Perth

The communal amenities in this complex will be very well received by apartment owners when construction finishes on Garden Towers East Perth in 2026. Eclat West Perth

With just 40 apartments, Eclat is vowing to be a luxury, boutique apartment experience for its residents when they move in, in late 2024. The rooftop of the Colin Street building will have a louvred vergola to allow residents to take in the sun on glorious sunny days, and a communal lounge with a fireplace for cozier winter nights.
