Pulsating and energetic, one of the most notable feature of Burswood is Crown Perth. With an array restaurants, bars, hotels, convention centre and of course a casino, Crown Perth is a much-loved fixture of Burswood for both locals and visitors.

In 2018 Optus Stadium was officially opened which is the other notable feature. With views of the picturesque Swan River and Perth city in the west and the foothills in the east, this 60,000 seat, world-class, multi-purpose stadium hosts a variety of sports and entertainment events, including Australian Football League, International and Big Bash League cricket, soccer, rugby league and union, plus concerts.

Other features include the Belmont Park Racecourse, Burswood Park Golf Course, Burswood Outdoor Cinema, Burswood Water Sports Centre and the State Tennis Centre. Perth Montessori School is the suburbs local school.
