Suzanne Brown is the Director of Rentwest Solutions, one of Perth’s leading property management firms, and the current President of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA). She began her career at just 21 years old, becoming the youngest woman in Western Australia to obtain a real estate licence. Since then, she has become one of the most respected figures in the industry, with a strong focus on property management, and has grown Rentwest into a thriving business that now manages over 2,000 properties.
With more than 35 years of experience, Suzanne’s career has been defined by her dedication to excellence in property management and her tireless advocacy for the real estate sector. She has been a REIWA Council member since 2015, served as Deputy President from 2022 to 2024, and was elected President in October 2024. She was also recently appointed to the board of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA), further amplifying her impact on the industry at a national level.
Suzanne is passionate about continuing the important work of advocating for the broader community. As REIWA President, her focus is on ensuring the Institute remains a strong and influential voice in addressing critical issues such as housing affordability, increasing housing supply, and contributing to fair and effective housing policy that benefits all Western Australians.
She holds an MBA from Edith Cowan University and remains committed to shaping the future of real estate in Western Australia through strategic leadership, collaboration, and a deep passion for the profession.
