After her career in Investment Banking in London, where hard work, long hours, strong focus, resilience and determination are essential for success, Natarsha returned to Perth and having amassed a total of more than 25 years of sales experience, we are now lucky enough to have her here at Caporn Young.

Described by some as a Superwoman, forward-planning, proactive communication and strong negotiation skills feature high among her strengths. Natarsha loves the team approach at Caporn Young, and will often team-up with one of the directors on a listing but she can also represent clients herself for a more personalised approach.
Since returning to Australia, Natarsha has immersed herself in everything Claremont – loving all that this beautiful suburb has to offer. In her spare time, you may catch her making the most of the Claremont Quarter shopping experience, watching the glorious sunset at Cottesloe beach, picking up delicacies at Freshies Farmers Market on a Saturday morning or at Peppermint Grove tennis club watching her children learn to play.
