He has been working directly with clients for over 20 years, guiding them towards achieving their objectives through sound and unbiased strategies.
Matthew’s unparalleled commitment to achieving outstanding client outcomes has seen him achieve success in all facets of the industry as a buyer’s agent, property developer and most recently in his role as Senior Sales Advisor for Chase Residential.
In addition to his role at Chase, Matthew is also the CEO of Hunter Capital – a syndicated property development company, and the Founder & Managing Director of Capital Property Advisory, Perth’s highest rated buyer’s agency and development consultancy.
He holds a triennial certificate as a licensed Real Estate and Business Agent, and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is accredited by Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA) as a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA®). He is also the former Chairperson of the REIWA Buyer’s Agency Network Committee.
