Marion Gruchet

Marion originally from France, emigrated to Australia in 2012. With a background in hospitality, she became the Food & Beverage Manager of a 5-star resort in Broome, where she honed her negotiation and customer service skills while managing a large team.

After having two children, Ellie (2020) and Jack (2021), Marion made a bold career transition to real estate. She joined Rentwest Solutions in 2021 as a Property Manager and quickly stood out for her ability to navigate complex situations with ease.

Marion’s approachability, strong negotiation skills, and dedication to tailoring services to each tenant and owner earned her the title of WA Residential Property Manager of the Year in 2023.

Known for her empathetic yet practical approach, she excels in guiding clients and colleagues through difficult discussions to achieve positive outcomes for all parties involved.
