Alan Bourke

Alan is one of the Industry's veterans -having sold in the City of South Perth for 40 years.
Over that time he has sold over 1500 properties.
In addition to that he sells on Cocos and Christmas Islands -having had an Office on Christmas Island at one stage.
He is a licensed Auctioneer and in 2015 won the coveted Kevin Sullivan Award.
He is the Principal of Bourkes -which has won 3 Awards for REIWA Agency of the Year.
He runs regular Investment and Buyer Seminars to help inform buyers and investors.
