When you’re moving in or out of a rental, you’re juggling a long list of tasks – from connecting and disconnecting utilities to organising removalists and arranging the final clean. With so much going on, it’s easy for bond matters to feel confusing or get overlooked.

Consumer Protection is asking tenants to share their experiences with rental bonds, as well as their thoughts on the information available on the Consumer Protection website and how they prefer to receive information about bonds. 

Your feedback will help Consumer Protection identify any issues and guide improvements to make the information more transparent and easier to use.

The short survey takes about 5–10 minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential and anonymous. Responses close 31 October 2025.
