The West’s best honoured at 2026 reiwa.com Awards

The WA real estate industry celebrated the state’s top talent at the annual reiwa.com Awards Ball on Saturday 19 September.

900 people attended the event, which is the highlight of the WA real estate calendar and was held at Crown Perth.

REIWA President Suzanne Brown said the 2026 reiwa.com Awards honoured the individuals and agencies that excelled across residential and commercial sales, and residential property management in the 2025-26 financial year.

“The numbers are an important measure of achievement but they only tell part of the story,” she said.

“Behind every successful sale and well-managed property portfolio is the work involved in understanding a client’s circumstances, solving problems, communicating clearly and delivering the best possible outcome for each client.

“As real estate is a relationship-driven industry, sustained success depends on building trust and consistently providing outstanding service. When you have strong long-term relationships built on trust and service, clients return to work with you again and also recommend you to family and friends.

“While the reiwa.com Awards are based on sales and property management results, they reflect the discipline and commitment required to achieve this level of success.

As well as honouring the top performers over residential and commercial sales, and residential property management, the reiwa.com Awards also saw 39 salespeople recognised among the Top 1 per cent of residential salespeople and 131 named among the Top 5 per cent for the total number of listings sold and/or the total value of listings sold in the 2025-26 financial year.
