Sales transactions in Perth last week were down 63.3 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 328 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were down 63.1 per cent compared to the week prior, unit sales were down 61.1 per cent and land sales were down 73.2 per cent.

There were 4,584 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 4.8 per cent lower than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings decreasing 5.8 per cent compared to the week prior, unit listings decreasing 4 per cent and listings for vacant land decreasing 1.2 per cent.
Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 19 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 25.7 per cent higher than levels seen a year ago.
In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 1,806 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 4.4 per cent down on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 17.9 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 19 per cent higher than a year ago.
REIWA members reported 231 properties leased last week, which is 71 per cent lower than the previous week and 68.1 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 63.8 per cent higher than a year ago.
