Sales transactions in Perth last week were up 1.6 per cent on the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 896 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were up 7.7 per cent compared to the week prior, unit sales were down 1.0 per cent and land sales were down 34.5 per cent.

There were 4,816 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 9.8 per cent lower than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings decreasing 11.7 per cent compared to the week prior and unit listings decreasing 9.2 per cent, while listings for vacant land stayed relatively flat.
Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 14.8 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 21.1 per cent higher than levels seen a year ago.
In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 1,889 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 14.8 per cent down on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 15.5 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 25.1 per cent higher than a year ago.
REIWA members reported 801 properties leased last week, which is 26.1 per cent higher than the previous week, 24.4 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 7.4 per cent higher than a year ago.
