A truly wonderful example of Australian modernism with its dramatic facade, indoor/outdoor aesthetic and spectacular union of rendered double brick, glass, and steel - making this a real architectural statement.
This exquisitely designed home of elegant, yet bold lines, is designed for family life and orientated towards the sun with excellent access to the outdoors from most rooms. Positioned to overlook your park like grounds with your very own spring fed feature dam.
Hedges of foliage, mature plantings chosen for their yearly blast of colour, a variety of fruit trees, and gently sloping lawns provide endless adventures and outdoor activities for children. Likewise, the many covered paved deck areas are a drawcard for extended indoor/outdoor entertaining and relaxation options.
Combining rendered double brick, an abundance of double glazing, stunning tiled flooring, high ceilings, voluminous spaces and picture-perfect outlooks throughout are just some of the features this home offers. While blending into its discreet rural atmosphere set amongst other premium properties, you are only minutes from Denmark's renowned village centre.
Spacious grounds wrap around this generous 3.9-acre property providing a very private and natural wonderland while being close to all of Denmark's world class wineries, beaches and natural attractions.
The floor plan is as versatile as the property's location, providing plenty of flexibility for the new owners.
The large, open-plan central living, dining, and kitchen zone is a visual delight and serves as the hub of this deluxe home. Sun rays move across the height of the 4.5 metre walls while the exposed steel beams show a hint of industrial strength.
The Gloss black Smeg cooker combines beautifully with the black and white colour scheme including stone bench tops, Miele dishwasher and a scullery to please the most fastidious cook.
Views across the spring fed dam towards the stand of giant Karri trees are enjoyed from the many vantage points throughout the home. Double glazed doors open to the covered paved areas both front and back for extended entertaining and relaxing options year-round.
The parents' wing is a peaceful space to relax and unwind in the resort style bedroom and ensuite. The long walk-in robe and separate office provide this zone with a touch of indulgence.
The opposite end of the home, and second wing, provides plenty of versatility with three additional bedrooms, one with its own ensuite, and a third bathroom for extra convenience. All are beautifully appointed with garden outlooks from all rooms. Sliding glass doors and paved sitting areas from each room adds to the overall resort feel of this wing.
A second driveway, lined with ornamental plants and trees allows easy access to the 96sqm shed, two open parking bays, an enclosed workshop/storeroom and a second enclosed teenage retreat which enhance the versatility of this zone. A shower and toilet add to the convenience.

Track propertyThe townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.
Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
