Immaculately presented and thoughtfully designed, this contemporary dual-living residence delivers exceptional versatility, privacy, and low-maintenance luxury. Perfectly suited to investors, extended families, or owner-occupiers seeking additional income, the home combines a high-quality main residence with a fully self-contained ancillary studio under one roofline, each with independent access and secure separation.
The striking modern façade is framed by a crisp white exterior and a feature timber accent wall highlighting the studio kitchen window, complemented by a neatly landscaped frontage featuring a single statement tree and easy-care lawn. An exposed aggregate driveway enhances street appeal and leads to the main residence entry, while a separate driveway provides private access to the studio, reinforcing its independence and functional separation from the primary home.
The studio is intelligently designed as a fully self-contained living space, complete with a well-appointed kitchen featuring a 600mm oven, glass cooktop, under-bench washing machine provision, and a striking front-facing window splashback. The open-plan layout incorporates a comfortable living area, while the private bedroom zone is positioned to the rear with a built-in robe and mirrored sliding doors. A stylish bathroom completes the space, showcasing large-format tiling, a screenless walk-in shower, and modern finishes throughout. Split system air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.
The main residence is accessed via a welcoming entry hallway and immediately reveals a sense of space, light, and quality. Clever storage solutions include a full-length linen cupboard and additional floor-to-ceiling sliding cabinetry. The home then opens into a stunning light-filled living zone, framed by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and a three-panel sliding glass door connecting seamlessly to the alfresco area.
The gourmet kitchen is a true centrepiece, featuring a large island bench with breakfast seating, 900mm Westinghouse appliances including induction cooktop and oven, double under-mount sink with chrome fittings, extensive overhead cabinetry, and a generous walk-in pantry designed for optimal functionality and storage.
Accommodation within the main home is well considered. The master suite comfortably accommodates a king-sized bed and includes a spacious walk-in robe and private ensuite. The secondary bedrooms are well-proportioned doubles, each fitted with built-in robes and mirrored sliding doors. Bathrooms throughout the home are finished to a consistent high standard, featuring screenless walk-in showers, Caesarstone vanities, seamless tiling, and premium fixtures. The main bathroom also includes a bathtub for added family convenience.
Comfort is prioritised with zoned reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning throughout the main residence, complemented by a separate split system in the studio. Premium window treatments include floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains in the living areas and blockout roller blinds throughout the remainder of the home. LED downlighting enhances the modern aesthetic, while timber-look vinyl plank flooring delivers both durability and style.
Outdoors, the alfresco area sits under the main roofline and flows onto exposed aggregate pathways extending around the home. The rear yard offers a low-maintenance grassed space with potential for a future garden shed, ensuring practicality without compromising lifestyle.
Currently configured for exceptional flexibility, the property operates as a hosted short-stay accommodation with the main residence furnished and actively listed across multiple platforms, while the studio is leased on a periodic tenancy. Notably, the studio occupant assists with the cleaning of the main residence between bookings, supporting an efficient and streamlined operation.
This is a rare opportunity to secure a premium dual-living property offering multiple income streams and lifestyle configurations. Whether utilised as a high-performing investment, multigenerational living solution, or owner-occupier residence with supplementary rental income, the possibilities are outstanding.

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.
Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
