Flexible Family Living Designed To Adapt
What if your next home could adapt as your family's needs change?
Positioned within the popular Dunsborough Lakes community, 20 Metropolitan Way combines modern family living, low-maintenance convenience and valuable flexibility in a location that continues to attract strong owner-occupier demand.
Filled with natural light and finished in a timeless coastal palette of crisp white tones and warm ash hybrid flooring, the home has been thoughtfully designed for families, downsizers and investors seeking a property that offers both comfort today and adaptability for the future.
A Floorplan That Evolves With You
One of the home's most appealing features is its separate side-access accommodation wing.
Whether utilised as a private guest retreat, teenage space, accommodation for extended family or a dedicated work-from-home environment, this versatile zone provides flexibility rarely found within comparable homes. Supported by the family bathroom, separate WC and easy access to the outdoor entertaining area, it creates options that can evolve as life changes.
Privately positioned at the front of the home, the main bedroom offers welcome separation and includes a walk-in robe and ensuite, creating a comfortable retreat away from the secondary accommodation.
Designed For Everyday Living
At the heart of the home, the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area has been designed to bring family and friends together.
The kitchen features white stone benchtops, generous island seating, quality Westinghouse appliances, a window splashback and excellent storage, while the adjoining living spaces enjoy abundant natural light and a seamless connection to the alfresco.
Outside, the covered entertaining area overlooks reticulated lawns and low-maintenance gardens, creating a practical outdoor space that can be enjoyed throughout the seasons without demanding significant upkeep.
Additional side parking further enhances the functionality of the property, providing space for a boat, trailer or additional vehicle to suit the active South West lifestyle.

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.
Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
