Many new apartment buildings come with a pool or a gym, which is a perk for some. However, if you don’t intend to use these facilities, consider how they might contribute to your rent.
Be sure to enquire about parking bays when looking into a property as well. Street parking can be scarce in the CBD, so if you have a car ask the property manager about the parking facilities.
