A single listing can take off for all sorts of reasons, but the numbers don’t lie. We’ve tallied the views and found the top five most viewed listings on reiwa.com in 2025.

The list spans metro and regional WA and includes everything from a project home on a big block to a large-scale hills estate, plus lifestyle properties with room for family, horses, sheds and more.

Here are the five properties that attracted the most views across the year.

Rough around the edges, big on potential

7 Dawson Street, Armadale | 14,662 views

With over 14,600 views on reiwa.com, this Armadale property clearly caught attention. The modest three-bedroom, one-bathroom home had definitely seen better days, but the 862 sqm block and R15/25 zoning made it a genuine opportunity for buyers who could see beyond the surface. Whether it was a quick renovation or a full subdivision project, it was the kind of listing that got people thinking about what it could become.

A hills estate with its own wow factor

113 Kawina Road, Bickley | 10,973 views

Some listings pull views because they’re relatable, this one did it because it was on a completely different scale. Sitting at the highest point of Bickley, La Bella Vista Estate sat on 6.4 hectares with sweeping valley views, an infinity pool and a sprawling five-bedroom, five-bathroom multi-level home. Then there was the rest: A brand-new two-bedroom, two-bathroom ancillary dwelling, two enormous function rooms and even a train carriage on the grounds. It had enough scale and quirks to draw plenty of attention online.

A classic country cottage with plenty of charm

10 Gairdner Street, Northam | 10,165 views

This 1937 Northam home had the kind of classic character that draws plenty of clicks: Think polished jarrah floors, high ceilings, French doors and restored fireplaces that photograph beautifully. It felt warm and familiar, with a wraparound verandah, a decent backyard and a powered shed out the back. And while it reads as a home first, the mixed-use zoning added an extra layer of curiosity, which likely helped boost interest.

A lifestyle block that had something for everyone

35 Allum Way, Serpentine | 9,566 views

This Serpentine listing drew clicks because it covered so many different needs in one place. Buyers got a renovated four-bedroom home, 9,360 sqm of land, and an established setup that worked for horses, hobbies, storage and family life. The paddocks, arena, creek and multiple sheds helped make it the kind of listing people kept scrolling through to see what else was included.

A ‘tick-every-box’ Oakford listing

6 Florence Place, Oakford | 9,521 views

Rounding out the top five was a property that made people think, “yep, that’d do it.” On 10,000 sqm in Oakford, it combined modern country style with a practical layout, including a self-contained apartment for family or visitors. Then there was the shed – triple-bay, powered and fitted out with its own man cave, which likely added another layer of interest.
