After a career spanning 33 years in the Australian hospitality industry and 16 years running the iconic Joondalup Resort in Western Australia, Wayne Carroll decided to pursue his life long passion for real estate, which began at the age of 17 when he purchased his first block of land in Rye, Victoria, and established First Alliance Property Group.
Wayne thrives on the challenge of ensuring that his clients expectations are met and is easy going with a “can- do” attitude. He actively participates in local community events and has a passionate approach to business and personal dealings.

Wayne’s brother David who also began his career in the hospitality industry as a chef moved to real estate some 18 years ago and today runs a very successful Ray White agency in Victoria and will help Wayne develop his new real estate brand.
