Tony Hutchinson

Tony established Hutchinson Real Estate in 1986 and has been Principal of the Agency since that time, growing the Agency from a staff of four, working from a two room office at the side of the Sun Picture Theatre, to its current level. In order to house his expanding business, Tony developed the successful commercial complex Hashimoto House and established an iconic landmark in the centre of Chinatown. In addition to overseeing the daily operation of the Agency, Tony concentrates on commercial sales and leasing and conducts all of Hutchinson Real Estate sales by auction.
