Antonia, or Tonnie as she is known, is a born people person and has worked in all facets of the real estate industry over the last 18 years. She was licensee of her own agency for 4 years. But owning an agency means you spend less time with people, and more time managing staff and balancing the books, which isn't where Tonnie's interest and enthusiasm lies. So…… she sold her business, took a year out to travel with her children and then came to work with us at Earnshaws Real Estate.
Tonnie is brilliant at selling because she understands the basic tenet of real estate (according to Earnshaws anyway) which is that this business is far more about people than it is about houses. "My success comes from understanding the reasons behind people's choices - when I know why sellers want to sell, and why a buyer wants to purchase, I can make sure the sale falls into place and that a happy outcome is achieved for all."
Tonnie is an integral part of Earnshaws sales team, hosting home opens and meeting with buyers and sellers. When she's not at work, Tonnie is with her two phenomenal daughters, making the most of her beautiful life.
