Tom is a director at the newly established and WA owned commercial real estate agency Agencia Property where he specialises in the sale and leasing of commercial investment property throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
He has over 25 years experience in the Perth property industry where he has undertaken roles in commercial asset management, office leasing and investment sales. Most recently he was a senior director in the Perth office of a global property firm where for 18 years he had direct involvement in the negotiation and sale of some of Perth’s largest and most strategic development sites and office buildings including the sale of three of the lots at Elizabeth Quay.
Throughout his career Tom’s key markets have typically been the Perth CBD, West Perth and western suburbs markets, however he has undertaken appointments as far afield as Margaret River and Port Hedland.
