Perth born Toby Bellegarde doesn’t believe in wasting a moment of the day and embraces new experiences and challenges with energy and enthusiasm.
During his childhood his family spent time in Southern California and Hawaii where his surfing skills were honed and a penchant for board shorts was nurtured. Being away from Western Australia not only cemented his desire to settle permanently in Perth but the international exposure he gained has been a valuable asset ever since when dealing with clients new to Australia. On his return to Perth, Toby began a two year stint in general sales before being attracted by the real estate industry.
At 22, Toby realised that real estate offered him a unique opportunity and that if he was going to succeed he must embrace it as a long term career and not just a job. Toby and his wife Tara are blessed to have three beautiful and energetic young boys Jordy, Cadyn, and Jye who bring an enormous amount of joy and happiness to the family. With his young boys attending Booragoon Primary School, his commitment to his family, work and the community is paramount. He is always on his toes from the energy and excitement his boys bring to the table. Toby knows real estate is a people business. He builds strong connections with his clients through good communication and an approachable style.
