Entering the Real Estate industry back in early 2001 as a fresh-faced 22-year-old had its challenges. Real Estate was old school, a career for mature aged people in the twilight of their working life. Tim quickly aligned himself with some of the busiest agents at the Top Real Estate office in WA at the time and learnt the ropes very quickly. The exposure to contracts, clients and properties Tim achieved in his first 12-18 months were in the range most Reps might not see in their entire career.
In July 2002 Tim joined Dave Brewer at the newly formed Force Real Estate and ‘TEAM BREWER’ was formed. 18 years on the team is still going strong. Dave and Tim live and breathe real estate – day in and day out. Their focus is purely on the best outcome for their clients and they work hard to assist people to open and close doors through different stages of their lives.
Before entering Real Estate, Tim’s background was in the hospitality industry, working in the top hotels of WA. Hospitality is an industry that is completely focused on quality of service and efficient organisation. These values are reflected in Tim’s Real Estate dealings, through a total commitment to each client. Tim’s enthusiastic approach to Real Estate, combined with his high level of service standards is sure to satisfy all he deals with.
Tim has a particular interest in the technical side of Real Estate, specifically strata titles and the challenges of contract preparation to ensure parties to a contract have their rights and obligations protected.
Giving back to his local community remains an important part of Tim’s everyday life. Tim is currently serving his final year as the School Board Chair at a local private primary school. This was after five years on the same school’s P&F with three years as President where they, as a committee, achieved amazing things. Tim is a husband and father of two beautiful daughters. He coaches a Wanneroo Wolves junior basketball team in the WA Basketball League which allows him to combine time with his children, his love of the game and supporting and teaching junior players in a competitive metro-wide competition.
