Initially learning his trade at London's most respected real estate brand, Foxtons, Tim climbed the ranks to become the manager of a record-breaking sales team in the Nottinghill Gate office. But, despite continued success, Tim couldn’t escape the call of his hometown.
Upon returning to Perth, Tim co-founded Caporn Young Estate Agents alongside Richard Young, opening the first Claremont office in 2001.
Soon after, it was Sydney calling as he moved east to help his wife Megan to grow her baby business. Grow is an understatement with a rapid increase in sales leading to the expansion of the Bambino team to 40 staff.
When Bambini sold in 2015, Tim jumped at the opportunity to return to his first passion.
Renowned for delivering the smoothest experience possible, together with exceptional results, Tim specialises in the Nedlands real estate market, where his connection runs deep - some streets in the suburb are even named after his descendants.
Tim lives and breathes real-estate but when he does get some free time you’ll find him outdoors making the most of the western-suburbs lifestyle. From early morning rides, to a game of sport with his two teenagers, or volunteering on surf lifesaving patrol at Cottesloe Beach, it’s all about family and fun with Tim.
