Following several years operating for inner-city development and real estate firms, Adrian joined the family business, (then Quin Ballard Real Estate) in 1999 and quickly progressed to being one of the top selling representatives in the area, collecting a swag of REIWA sales excellence awards along the way.
Adrian is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and his responsibilities as a Director of Jones Ballard Property Group include overseeing the day to day operations of the sales department of the business and of course, selling real estate.
