Joining Peard Real Estate in 2015, Tash is the driving force behind Peard’s newest office in Victoria Park.
Growing up in the Perth Hills, Tash’s parents constantly bought and sold properties, inspiring Tash to invest in her first block of land in Broome during her early 20s. When she moved back to Perth, Tash continued to purchase old, run down houses, before renovating them and moving onto her next project. It was then she decided to turn her passion for real estate into helping others achieve their real estate goals!
Having worked in the industry now for a number of years, it’s no surprise real estate is one of Tash’s biggest passions in life, driving her positive and determined attitude.

A strong believer in practicing what you preach, Tash believes the key to selling a home comes down to strong negotiation skills.

Tash has been selling in the area for many years and says much of her success comes from being a local.
During her down time, Tash enjoys getting active outdoors, spending time with her family and travelling the world.
