Helping people can be one of life’s most simple yet satisfying pleasures and ACTON South West’s Steve Hopkins has done more than his share.
Over a successful career in real estate and more than 30 years as both a top-level volunteer and professional lifesaver, Steve’s proud to have assisted literally hundreds of grateful people in need of his expert help.
Steve’s approach to his real estate work is uncomplicated: tell the unvarnished truth and always give clients a superior level of advice and service.
“I’m a big Karma person … what goes around, comes around. I believe you must treat everyone as you’d want to be treated,” says Steve.
“I always ask a lot of questions before I sell properties and I guide people honestly and accurately through the entire process.”
Steve’s love affair with the town of Dunsborough began years ago, as a boy visiting from Perth with his family in the late 1970’s, the fascination with the town and its pristine beaches has continued to grow.
It was Steve’s passion for the area that brought him to live in Dunsborough 13 years ago.
‘Our population has grown dramatically but, you know what, we’re still only a small town,” says Steve.
“We still know all the locals, it’s got that nice vibe when you walk down the street and you say good morning to people. It’s a safe place and we have a very good community spirit down here where everyone looks out for everybody.”
As a former elite level swimmer, ironman and professional lifeguard, Steve understands better than most what it takes to be successful and says being part of the professional and respected team at ACTON South West gives him the same satisfaction.
