Scott holds a Diploma of Property, Real Estate License and Triennial Certificate. Educated locally at City Beach Primary, and Swanbourne High School, where he was a scholarship student, House Captain and Head Boy, he continued study a Bachelor of Science and Japanese at UWA and is part way through a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at Curtin University.
