Over the past 15 years Sara has helped take away the stress of thousands of landlords throughout WA. She has accomplished this working in a variety of roles as a property manager, real estate business owner, licensee, Head of Property Management and other real estate leadership roles.
Sara started her career in 2003. Just three short years later she was awarded the Inaugural WA property manager of the year in REIWA’s Awards for Excellence. This award recognised Sara for her innovation and ability to think outside the square. In 2012 she was recognised once again by REIWA and received the award for a second time, and received the award a third time in 2016.
Sara is well respected in the industry by both clients and her peers. She is a regular contributor to national publications, including “Residential Property Manager” and has also been heard on talkshow radio. Sara shares her passion for real estate trains industry professionals at West Coast Property Training.
Sara prides herself on listening to client’s individual needs. “I like to know what is important to people and find solutions to meet their needs” comments Sara . Her ethical, “can do” approach is clearly evident on the number of clients that are referred to her as well as the number of clients that come back when they have new real estate needs.
