Roy Paxton

With over a decade industry experience working in sales, property management and marketing, Roy has all the skills necessary to provide outstanding service in all facets of residential real estate.

Highly trained in selling and client engagement Roy prides himself on an ability to identify the most appropriate plan, whether it be for the successful sale or lease of a property, and execute it to produce outstanding results for his clients. Roy also believes that the most important key to excellent customer service is a high level of communication between all stakeholders.

Roy started selling real estate in 2007 and then completed a Diploma of Property Services in 2012, receiving his Triennial Certificate in January 2013 before becoming Licensee of a prominent Subiaco agency until 2015 when he joined the team at St Ives Realty.

In his spare time, Roy enjoys golf, guitar and spending quality time with his wife, son and daughter.
