Having worked in the property and finance industry for over 17 years, Roy has had the opportunity to help hundreds of clients over the years. Whether it was to purchase a new or existing home, develop, subdivide or obtain finance, he has had the drive and enthusiasm to support his clients through the process.
Roy is armed with a wealth of Real Estate knowledge. With over 7 years experience in the industry, coupled with his extensive experience in finance, banking, building and development, you’re guaranteed to be in great hands.
Roy was born in Zambia and lived in Cape Town as a young boy, before moving to Perth in his early teens where he attended Hale School. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance at Curtin University, he spent the next 13 years working in Business and Corporate Banking before his move into real estate.
He has developed several properties in Wembley Downs and this is where he currently lives with his wife Taryn, and two young children.
Roy’s personal motto “to exceed customers expectations” are realised as he provides honest and open-handed feedback. Never one to settle without all options and conversations being had, he will work hard to achieve the best sale price for his clients. And by understanding your goals, you will walk away feeling excited and understood.
When Roy isn’t at work he likes to spend time swimming, playing tennis and cruising the streets with his kids on their scooters or bikes.
