My formal engineering training led me to travel extensively throughout Australia being involved with major projects dealing with designers, architects, facility managers, developers providing many opportunities to fuel my passion for real estate.
Since my family settled in Perth in the late 1990’s, my wife and I have been heavily involved in (our hobby) residential real estate - building, renovating, investing in off the plan projects here in WA, as well as in Sydney, Melbourne and country Victoria.
A previous member of the Property Council of WA, I have many contacts in the industry.
Having many years providing one on one high ticket solutions (maintaining customers for 15 years), I am looking forward to using this experience to guide my clients in the purchase and or sale of what is usually their single largest investment.
Throughout my career, I have always followed these words ‘If you fail to plan, you plan to fail’.
Most people, buying or selling a home, have a plan to be in a ‘better place’ be it geographically, a particular school zone, financially or even a more manageable lot size, when they have completed their current real estate transaction.
I prefer to think of my clients as new friends who I can assist professionally to fulfil their plan moving to the next chapter in life.
Whether it be upsizing, downsizing, investing or guiding a first home buyer through the process of securing their first property, I take pride in understanding client needs, their budget, their wish list and or the outcome they wish to achieve.
It is all about the client’s needs - which are all very different. Whether working as a buyers representative (sourcing and negotiating for a purchaser), selling the family home of 30 years or possibly assisting a developer looking to purchase, build and sell.
I measure my success by my client’s outcome and satisfaction.
I would be privileged to assist you on your journey.
