Rob is our Senior Sales Consultant at MPG Real Estate (Formerly Roy Weston & Hills Real Estate, Midland) and brings to you a wealth of experience that has evolved over many years as a family man, community leader and running his own Motor Trimming business in the past for over 25 years.
Rob was educated at La Salle College and Primary Schools within the area, which created the opportunity to be inducted into the WAGR (Midland Railway Workshops) as an Apprentice Coach Trimmer, where he was awarded “Apprentice of the Year”, Highest Aggregate of all WAGR Apprentice Coach Trimmers and passed his Certificate of Trade Studies with distinction.
Rob is a proactive person within our community, who actively served in the past as the President of the Swan View Football Club (including a founding member of the Senior body in 1981, a player/coach and honoured with Life Membership in 1996). Rob was elected as the Chairman of the Eastern Suns Basketball Club (WABL), to which he raised their profile, that became a marketing success as well as a successful sporting entity to this day (he also coached 3 teams to Championships at WABL level in his 9 years whilst at the club). Rob still loves to mentor/nurture men and youth that he still has contact on a regular basis to this day within sporting circles.
Rob prides himself on all this combined experience, which has helped him to communicate better, develop strong organisation skills, resulting in him previously achieving a status of the Highest Grossing Sales & Most Properties Sold within the 6056-catchment area and strives to maintain the similar outcomes each year, especially during this unheralded period of 2026 within the property sector.
Rob`s average sale time is within the REIWA average “days on market” (DOM), which is on point, even though “interest rates are in a changing pattern at the moment”. Rob; in the past 13 years has achieved above median sale prices due to his “Fixed Date Sale” process in combination with his excellent “Marketing Strategies & Negotiating Skills” to achieve a “PREMIUM PRICE”.
