With a natural talent for sales from a young age, Raymond developed his passion for negotiation through his family’s successful retail business in Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Information Management from UWA and began his career with Sumitomo Corporation, where he quickly established a strong record in sales.
After obtaining his real estate sales licence (CEHA) in Singapore in 2000, Raymond went on to gain valuable experience with Seagate Technology and GlaxoSmithKline before entering real estate. In his first year with PropNex, Singapore’s largest property agency, he was recognised as a Top 30 Champion among approximately 5,000 agents for one month and a Top 150 Champion for one quarter.
After migrating to Perth, Raymond continued his career as a sales representative. Fluent in English, Chinese and three other Asian dialects, Raymond is able to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and understand their individual needs. He has an exceptional track record and has been consistently recognised by REIWA for his achievements over the years. The feedback that he frequently receives from his clients showed him to be a dedicated, professional agent with a high level of integrity. He plays badminton and the classical guitar during his spare time.
