We were both impressed with Rays' knowledge of the Wembley market and his thoughts on how best to market our home. He gave us an indication of what price we might expect and he was very close to achieving that, which, obviously, we are very happy about. He kept us informed of every change regarding marketing strategy and also was able to reassure us when on a couple of occasions, things got a bit tense.
