Phil started his career in Commercial Real Estate prior to joining Peard Real Estate in Karratha as Senior Property Manager and Sales Associate - just over two years ago. He brings more than 20 years of Business Management experience, as well as an extensive knowledge of marketing, advertising and event management.
A true local of Karratha, having lived in the area for 10+ years, Phil is dedicated to offering the highest level of professional services to his ever-growing list of Real Estate clients. He works hard to find the right buyers and helps his clients get precisely what they want.
He has completed his Unrestricted registration Certificate IV Real Estate Practice at the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) and shortly after, obtained his Certificate of Registration as a Real Estate and Business Sales Representative which was given by the Department of Mines, Industry Regulations and Safety (DMIRS) in 2022.
His credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Education, specialising in Science; an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management; a Diploma in Retail Leadership and Certificate IV in Retail Management.
Furthermore, with his wealth of experience in Asset procurement, facilities and maintenance management over the past few years while working for the regions largest multi-functional and multi- funded not-for-profit organisation in the Pilbara, you can ensure that your assets are efficiently managed and in safe hands!
His love for learning and continuing development has provided him with a valuable set of skills that he incorporates daily when dealing with clients.
Phil is adeptly fluent in two languages, loves to travel, and spends a lot of his free time singing karaoke at home with his family and friends.
