Paul Wisby

Paul entered the Real Estate Industry in 2018 after over 13 years in the building and construction industry where he was the Managing Director of his own business while employing and managing staff on a day-to-day basis. Having an in-depth knowledge of the building and cost process, and an understanding of all trades and stake holders in the build process, has enabled Paul to enter the Real Estate market with a genuine point-of-difference over most agents.

Always keeping an eye on the market and a genuine interest in the property industry, Paul made a big change by going to work for an independent, investment-focused property group. Paul embraced the change, learning quickly on the job, and bringing his strong work ethic and client-focused approach to the Real Estate industry. Paul’s understanding of purchasing property in Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) is a further asset Paul provides to his clients.

Pauls strong relationships with some of Perth’s largest builders and developers, is a further advantage for Paul’s clientele.
Passionate about property and helping people to make the best Real Estate decisions possible, Paul has found his home at Bailey Devine Real Estate where he continues to work tirelessly in conjunction with his clients to achieve their property goals.

Paul has always been heavily involved in his local community, being awarded life membership of the Maddington Football Club, and running the local PCYC boxing program for several years while competing himself.
A family man, Paul has three children & is supported by his beautiful wife.
