Has a unique background for customer service and a wealth of experience in delivering it. His career has created not only satisfied clients, but raving fans both at a personal and an industry level. A great work ethic and a desire to excel have been his hallmarks in three separate careers.
Paul spent seven years working with the Mental Health services in Psychiatric Nursing and was the dux of his training cohort. He later served as a high school teacher and upper school coordinator, being recognised by the school community and nominated by them, for the inaugural Beasley Award for Excellence in Education.
How did these two experiences impact his customer service?
Paul realised very early on, that selling a home and uprooting the family to move to another location, was a big, stressful, scary, emotional undertaking. He also realised that education about the process and what to expect could go a long way to reducing this stress. Combining these two insights has guided his approach to service for the past 28 years. Even today he continues in his teaching role, holding weekly training and coaching meetings with his staff and educational seminars open to the public.
On entering the industry in 1987 Paul read the works of Zig Ziglar, whose cornerstone philosophy, “You can get anything in life you want if you’ll just help enough other people get what they want”, resonated with him. It is from these underlying experiences and this philosophy that Paul built a successful business that has spanned almost three decades and has employed and trained some of the most successful real estate agents and representatives in the state. His company, Prowest Real Estate has helped well over three thousand families survive and even enjoy their real estate journey as buyers or sellers.
Paul’s approach to service was not limited to his own business, but also to his service to the Professionals Group and its members, which he has headed has served as both a Director and Chairman. He also served for a number of years as the groups training provider, designing and delivering a world class training curriculum. He has also trained future Agency Principals through TAFE and has spoken at conferences in both Australia and overseas.
In an increasingly complex world where you are bombarded with so much data and so many conflicting opinions, Paul will help you make sense of it all. He will help you manage the process by becoming your project manager.
His experience sees problems, often before they occur and consequently he can help soften the impact or avoid them altogether.
Not all real estate agents are the same. Some can offer greater service through their knowledge and experience, and get better prices for their sellers through their superior understanding of marketing and negotiating. Paul Rayner is such an agent. Choosing to work with Paul puts your property and your family’s financial future in safe hands.
