Pasquale Cianfagna is the Founder and Managing Director of Edison Property, bringing more than two decades of experience across the Western Australian property industry.
Having previously spent more than a decade as a Director and part-owner of a successful commercial real estate firm, Pasquale founded Edison Property with a clear vision to create a relationship-driven agency built on integrity, transparency and results.
Under his leadership, Edison Property has grown into a full-service real estate agency spanning residential sales and property management, commercial sales, leasing and property management, and strata management. Pasquale remains actively involved across the business, drawing on his extensive property experience to provide strategic advice to clients and support the continued growth of each division.
A registered Real Estate Licensee and Triennial Certificate holder, Pasquale is also a listed Justice of the Peace. Born and raised in Perth, he has a strong connection to the local community and speaks fluent Italian, reflecting his family’s Italian heritage.
Outside of real estate, Pasquale enjoys reading, travelling, garden landscaping, discovering great wine, collecting music and playing the piano.
