Mirella started with Realmark Coastal in 2014 to join the hard working, award winning Hardingham Team. 2 years on she made the decision to branch out as an individual Sales Associate with the backing and support of her team and colleagues.
Mirella initially started in the Real Estate industry back in 1998 for the First National Group in the role of Client Liaison/Reception, moving quickly into a Sales Administration position. Acquiring her Sales Representatives license in 2001 she became a Personal Assistant to obtain further experience. She then moved on to work at the Peard Real Estate Group in 2003. Gaining invaluable experience in a range of diverse roles within the Peard Group she moved across to the Professionals Group in 2011 for a fresh change.
Having worked for many years in a variety of specialised areas within the Real Estate sector, Mirella brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table and with the ability to put her clients, both sellers and buyers at ease, along with her ability to listen to clients' needs and requirements and the necessary negotiation skills, these traits are the key to Mirella’s success.
Mirella has a warm, personable and friendly personality with a caring approach to getting the job done. Aiming to produce high quality customer service and support to all her clients at all times, and extremely dedicated to all aspects of the whole selling process, as a result, the real estate transaction experience is satisfying & stress free!
