Michelle’s career journey includes roles as Licensee & General Manager at respected agencies in Cottesloe and Subiaco. Her background spans residential, commercial, and off-the-plan sales, as well as property management, and the successful navigation of real estate company mergers and rent role acquisitions. As a triennial licence holder and lifelong learner, she is passionate about continual growth, delivering genuine value to her clients and inspiring excellence within her team.
In 2019, Michelle founded WOMAN UP, a mentoring community created to support and empower professional women. Through WOMAN UP, Michelle champions leadership, collaboration, and personal empowerment, helping women step into their full potential with confidence.
