Mark started in Real Estate back in 1984 managing block of flats in the City Centre well before the Residential Tenants Act, but even back then it was being fair and reasonable to people, moving down to the Terrace and into Commercial management and leasing were the focus was on ROI (return on investment).Wwith a building trade backgroundMarks affinity with buildings and architecture has stood him well in Real Estate, after all it's about people in buildings.
Spending 10 years in Port Hedland in the 90's saw Mark buy his first Real Estate business and set off on a new adventure through the boom and bust of the North West. Having been a Real Estate business owner for over 20 years in Armadale he has seen the area grow and business' expand to meet the growing population.
Now with Koch & Co "The Trusted Name in Real Estate" heading the property management and business sales division ,the journey continues.
With three terrific children, all grown and off on their own career paths Mark gets to spend time off down at the farm in Nannup.
