Maria completed her Property Management license in 2007 and joined the Empire Estate Agents Property Management team in Victoria Park in 2008. Maria loves all facets of Real Estate and her roles throughout the years have included Sales Administration and many years as a Property Manager, currently she is enjoying her Leasing Executive role assisting prospective tenants find their next home.
Maria has excelled in leasing property in the areas that surround the Empire office in Victoria Park, as part of the Property Management team she has a focus on cut through advertising, professional photos, video, being available during business and out of office hours for prospective tenant rental viewings and processing applications with a high attention to detail and efficiency. Maria is the leasing superstar member of our Property Management Team and her specialist leasing skills cover all the area's of the Perth metropolitan area that we property manage in, from our office in East Victoria Park to areas such as Cannington, Gosnells, Maylands, North Perth, Midland, Scarborough and Fremantle.
