FAMILY MATTERS: Principal of Murphy Boyden Real Estate is Margaret Boyden.
MARGARET Boyden was born in Northam and moved to Kalgoorlie- Boulder in 1980.
She commenced working in the Real Estate Industry in 1993 and started Murphy Boyden Real Estate with Business Partner Lindsey Murphy in 1998. She became sole owner in 2006.
Staff training and qualifications are important to Margaret, including staff's personal growth.
Looking after her staff means supporting and acknowledging them and their family life. This is important and in part the reason behind the awesome stability and loyalty of her staff.
Testimony to this work/family/individual ethos is the company five, ten, fifteen and twenty year club members, developed to recognise and celebrate the people who have been within her employ for those periods.

Margaret has three family members working for her and includes all her staff as an extension of her nearest and dearest.
