Luke has over 20 years commercial property experience across a broad range of commercial and
industrial asset classes, with a particular emphasis on the leasing and selling of CBD and fringe CBD commercial office developments.
Luke commenced his career in real estate working for his family’s business Jim Pavlos & Associates. He completed a bachelor of property and marketing at Curtin University before joining the Valuer Generals office, where he obtained is Valuation Licence.
Luke moved to DTZ’s(Cushman & Wakefield) Capital Markets Team in 2008
Where he spent 7 year heading up the WA Division, specialising in CBD and Fringe CBD Office and development site transaction.
In 2013 Luke moved to Lease Equity where he spent 8 years as Director of their Capital Markets
Division. Luke was instrumental in building a commercial presence to what was predominantly
a retail agency, where he directly responsible for several high-profile properties and client portfolios working for local national and international clients.
Luke is highly regarded and an expert in the commercial sector priding himself on an ability to
problem solve and make the difficult seem easy. His broad base industry knowledge and analytical background has seen him develop a reputation for providing exceptional client service with an emphasis on adding value to his clients, (Landlord, tenant, advocate, buyer, or seller) transactional experience.
