With over 16 years of experience in real estate, Kylie’s face is easily recognised by people within the industry. But, if she seems familiar to you, it might be due to her appearance on an episode of House Hunters in 2019, assisting a young family relocate from the UK to Perth.
Friendly and focussed, Kylie’s strength lies in her communication. With previous experience working in customer service for Telstra, Kylie learned to deal with conflicts and complaints. Her negotiation and diffusion skills are invaluable in her current role in property management.
Prior to Caporn Young, Kylie worked at another leading real estate agency, where she was promoted from reception to property management based on her hard-work and impressive customer service skills. Since moving into property management, it’s safe to say she hasn’t looked back.
As a northern suburbs specialist with over 27 years of experience living there herself, there’s no one better in the business when it comes to properties in the northern corridor. A real people-person, Kylie loves liaising with and helping people, be it tenants, owners or contractors.
Part of a blended family, Kylie has her hands full with two sons obsessed with Pokemon Go - something she has now become hooked on herself. An avid Eagles supporter, you’ll find her on weekends at the Eagles game or helping out down at Auskick with her sons.
