Renowned as one of the highest performing salespeople at his previous company (spanning ten offices), Kyle’s consistent success led him to win multiple awards including Top Lettings Negotiator 2015, Top Sales Negotiator 2017 and 2019, as well as taking up a management position at their flagship branch in the famous central London hotspot, Shoreditch.
Kyle brings with him a wealth of experience dealing with a diverse range of properties and clients. From selling entry-level apartments to first-time homebuyers, forever homes to families or luxury penthouses to international investors, he has been described by clients as a skilled negotiator and genuine agent who can build rapport and develop relationships that last a lifetime.
Before taking the leap into real estate, Kyle’s early career began in professional football after being scouted by Manchester United at the age of 15. Having played professionally in the UK and Ireland for several years, Kyle first moved to Perth in 2010 where he met his wife.
Now living locally with his young family, Kyle is keen to cement himself and the Bourkes brand as the premier agent in the local area and surrounding suburbs.
