Most of Kirk's career has been in the UK and Melbourne in a sales or media strategy capacity and when he returned back to his home state of WA he has used these skills and experiences to start up a new real estate business. Now, as Founder and Director Of Bellcourt Property Group and Bellcourt Forecast Kirk leads three real estate offices with passion and commitment to always challenge the status quo and to always be better. His unwavering commitment to achieving the 'best' outcome for his clients has seen him consistently awarded as one of the top selling agents in WA but more importantly to him, it's the trust his loyal clients have in him. His experience in residential projects, development site acquisition combined with his delivery style which is to 'think strategically and execute tactically' sees him collaborating with and selling for many of the best developers throughout Perth.
