EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
After attending Trinity College in Perth, Jules went on to complete a Town Planning degree at Curtin University. He worked for five years at the Mandurah City Council as a town planner and then commenced his real estate career in 1987. Jules gained his agents licence in 1988 and started his own agency in 1992. His major franchise group agency won numerous sales awards and ‘Top Office’ in Australia for three years running. With years of experience in Mandurah real estate, project marketing and sales, Jules brings with him a wealth of knowledge and negotiation skills.
Jules has worked in all market cycles and understands what is required to achieve results in both seller’s and buyer’s market conditions. He has extensive relationships with project marketing agents such as McGees, Knight Frank, Burgess Rawson, Finbar and others.

Coming from an Italian background, family is everything to Jules. He enjoys family dinners, the kids, exercising, the AFL, rugby union and most of all, enjoying life.

Jules has been a board member of the Peel Chamber of Commerce and Industry group and enjoys assisting the Mandurah community’s strong growth in the Peel Region.
